Collections Agency LEXINGTON LAW IS A SCAM!!! Lexington Kentucky

Lexington Law Firm is a scam. They charge you $99.00 for the first month and then charge you monthly to send letters to creditors that are reporting something negative on your credit. The letters that they send simply state that you are disputing the validity of the debt with a request to prove that the debt is valid. By law, you have 30 days to dispute a debt once it has been turned over to a collection agency. After the 30 day validation period is up, all the creditor has to do is send you a letter back stating that this account is past the 30 day validation period, please contact us to make payment on your account. The best way to fix your credit is to contact your creditors yourselves and ask for settlements! Pay on one account per month. This is the most ridiculous company I've ever heard of. Eventually, Lexington Law Firm will be no more. If they've really pissed you off, try googling Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and making a complaint against them there. The CFPB is government regulated and will put a stop to this Firm ripping people off as soon as they get a good look at what they're really doing! You're welcome for the advice!
