College Funding Group - Jason Elder - Tammy Williams ripoff Katy Texas

My name is Lee and my Daughter was approched by a man name Terry Leonard in 12/13/02 and he ran a scam on us about college. Well my friend had passed away in september that same year. I don't really know how these people knew but he assured me that she would know it's time to go to college and their business has closed. I received a card in the mail about December 1st informing me of this matter. What can I do to get my $995 back from these people? Please help thank you.

This man name Jason Elder, a person claim to be a carpenter and ripped me off of $1,200 to fix my house to do some repairs. He ended up in prison. He doesn't live in the city; he lives about 15minuts away in Bay City Mi. I belive he knew he was going to prison.
