Colombian Emeralds International Fraud! Misrepresentation! Fort Lauderdale Florida

I purchased a wedding band while we were vacationing in the Bahamas in September. The merchant verbally told me that I could buy it and go back to hotel to show my husband and then return it if he did not like it. I never was told they had a no-return policy and the paperwork they had showed me was initialed by the salesperson and not signed by me. I contested the charge with my credit card company and the merchant refused to return my money even after they accepted the item back as a return. Now they are only offering me a store credit?

This merchant completely misrepresentd themselves and then forged my initials on a form so I had no recourse. I will NEVER come back to their shop and will not allow this charge with my American Express account. They lied, cheated and their employees are fraudulent as well. Be VERY careful as the items they are selling are also not valued at the prices they are selling them for.
