Colon Cleanse MD Rip Off, smuge, arrogant telephone operators. Left on hold for 25 minutes East Las Vegas Nevada

I received the product on Thursady March 27 that is when I found out about the cancellation policy, which was enclosed with the product, on a half sheet of paper. I tried calling on Saturday and they were closed so I called today March 31st Monday and was on hold for 25 minutes before an smuge receptionist (Aaron) answered the telephone and stated that I had to hold again because his computer was down, when he finally came back to the line I asked to cancel, immediately he stated we already charged you $89.31, they never charged for the shipping and handling of the trial offer, which was $3.95 they went ahead and charged.

When I asked to speak to a manager (Brian) got on the phone and more or less told me where I could go....He started stating laws that he is covered under by putting " the 14 day period" in the terms at the very bottom of the page. I looks to me that they are aloud to rip people off and get away with it!

My bank already cancelled my Visa/Debit because they would continue to charge my accout and the bank said I could file a complaint but the chances of getting my money back is zero.
