We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

The company ripped off my wife. She place a trial offer ordered and then was told by her Dr to not even attempt to use product as she is a diabetic. She called to cancel and she thought it was over. We were billed on 12-5 for a 1.00 and 8.99 for trial offer then again on 12-24 for 88.97. The product then arrived on 1-2 and I cancelled on line 1-3 when I figured out how to. I also called for to get refund. Was told I needed a RMA #.

Sent email, they refused. Contacted several time via email and they insisted on the 15 day item. Explain we cancelled in the beginning they stated we never cancelled until 1-3 (online) I then stated I cancelled again when the products showed up and they have a date stamp on the shipper of 12-29 and stated how could we ever have had 15 days when they both had a 12-29 date stamp and I was billed on 12-5 and 12-24. They stopped responding after I stated I would file with BBB and also with the USPS for mail fraud and state agencies for deceptive and misleading business practices
