COLONMED700 TOOK ME TO THE CLEANER Glendale California

After ordering a trial size on a website that gave no contact info other than a simple order form that did not even give me a confirmation (what was I thinking), I received the sample and my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email telling me they hoped I liked it and would order more.

Imagine my surprise when another package came in the mail and then I discovered I was charged $88.97 for something I didn't even order. I contacted them via the confirmation email they sent and told them I didn't want the product, I never ordered it and I want my money refunded.

They are insisting that I agreed to some mystery tems and conditions, which I did not. Why would I for a sample. Their website is cleverly constructed to be a simple order form and that's all you see. So far they have not given me instructions on returning this unwanted product or how to request that my credit card be credited. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will continue to do battle with these cyber-thieves.

I wish I had checked this website before I ever did anything so stupid as ordering from a company that I had no knowledge of.
