Color by Pascal Did an online order for free item, paid only shipping, but company refuses to give tracking number and refuses to respond to my emails and calls. Not sure if phone number I have is even really their company number. Internet

 I had completed an online order to Color by Pascale for a "free mascara" where I only pay the shipping fees. I was given an order number and told that the tracking number would be sent to me after my item ships. I never received my tracking number, and I have tried to contact Color by Pascale repeatedly, inquiring about it. They never once responded back, ignoring all of my attempts to reach them. I then did some research and found out that numerous other people have placed orders with them, were charged and had never received their orders. The telephone number I did manage to unearth ended up not even being the contact number for Color by Pascale, but instead for a separate company entirely, and they were not even affiliated with Color by Pascale and that my order number that I had received wasn't even one of theirs, so unfortunately they weren't able to help.
