Color by pascal Free lipstick scam Chicago Illinois

 I seen an ad that advertised trying a free matte lipstick from COLOR BY PASCAL all I had to do was pay $5.99 shipping. I paid on May 23rd and immediately received a confirmation message thru Facebook with a tracking number and another message stating if I had any questions contact them. I waited a week or so and had not received any product. I continued to wait and then decided to track my package. The website then proceeded to inform me that it was awaiting an update on my purchase. When I contacted colors by pascal I received a message with a link to track my package along with my tracking number 3 days later (they advertise immediate responses). Once again I tracked my package and the same outcome. After messaging them and asking for an explanation or a refund due to the total unprofessionalism shown by the company I was then blocked blocked because I can no longer message this company. Also there is no contact info. It is now June 15th and still no lipstick
