Dear Dana and Gianpiero,

In response to your report on “Ripoffreport.com” dated January 21, 2014, I am the one who received your copy of your cashed check.  I am not sure how your check ended up going directly to Havasu Springs instead of the billing office but it did.  You have been making payments since 2012 and have never been late.  When I received your bank copy I looked at the account number and it is a different account number than what is used in the billing office.  We then contacted the Havasu Springs Resort and they did receive your check and cashed it.  They then issued the billing office a check and your account was promptly credited on January 20, 2014 and no late fees were charged.
