All I can say about CRA (Emerald Cove) is know EXACTLY what you're signing up for.  I've been through many similar sales presentations but these folks are a real piece of work.  Shady and scandalous would be an understatement.  I was a member from 2006 until recently when I transferred my membership.  CRA did their absolute best to keep me out of that transfer meeting telling me to just send my buyer with the transfer fee and documentation and they were happy to handle the transfer.  When I did show up with my buyer, they flat out lied about what actually transferred in the membership.  Thank God I came with my buyer and brought a copy of my contract.  In the end, I had to threaten a Court Order and Breach of Contract before these folks agreed to make the transfer.  We were there TWO HOURS fighting out what should have been a fifteen minute process.  There isn't a doubt in my mind; if I hadn't shown up that transfer NEVER would have taken place.  You see, there is NO WAY out of their contract once you sign unless you can sell/transfer.  If they can block your transfer and sign a new contract with YOUR buyer guess what...  You are still bound to your contract, your buyer is now bound to the new contract they signed, and CRA enjoys the monies of a new membership sale and annual dues.  During the initial sale, they will try to sell you on how they will make their best effort to help you sell/transfer should that be your desire down the line.  MAKE NO MISTAKE...these folks are not in this to help you one ounce!  This was my third "sales" experience with CRA and I have to say...it's about the most miserable you can imagine.  Watch the plastic smiles fade and the fangs appear when they don't get what they want.  In the end, they want you to refer a friend!!!  REALLY?!?  Why don't I just jam bamboo under my buddies fingernails.  The experience would be less painful...!!!  I'm not saying it's a bad resort because it's not.  What I am saying is the sales tactics are sordid and dishonorable.  Be very, very careful what you sign up for.  These folks are not nice...
