columbia gas of virginia turn off service before due date herndon, Virginia

I had my service turned off today from Columbia gas of virginia and my due date is tomorrow
when i called them they say sorry but your due date was 2 days ago while i checked it last week and for some reason today it was changed to turn it back on they charging me 150.00 $ between 77.00 $
reconnection fees and 89.00$ priority service  . on the top of that they have a deposit on my account of 300$.even if i was late they should send me a letter telling me that my bill is past due not come and cut off my gas like that .
Utility providers shouldn't have monopoly .i have been living in NY for years and never saw things like that .I paid them in full and waiting for them to come and turn the gas back on and hope they will not show up then the news will be here tonight to report this matter . they are thieves and liars
