My husband and I are getting charged for dvd's that we didn't order after signing up for the 5 dvd's for $5.00.We are getting charged aprox $39 dollars a month and have tried unsuessfully to get ahold of these people but cannot get any reply's through email or phone!We cannot afford this to keep happening and I think a class action lawsuit is required to get these people to stop embezzeling money from all the consumers! If we all get together maybe we can stop people like this!We should NOT be charged for thing's we didn't want and sure as hell shouldn't have our credit ruined becouse of some RIP OFF company like COLUMBIA HOUSE!!!!!
