Columbia House dvd club The wont answer phone calls, won't answer emails, wont refund me a movie I returned @ $25.94 they took it out of my account and never put it back when they recieved the movie back 6-7 weeks ago very, very ubhappy I have wasted 2 hours on my cell phone being put on hold. I dont understand I know they changed web page 7 weeks come on live paycheck to paycheck I need my money back thank you Rantoul Illinois

 Columbia house DVD club owes me my movie return of 25.94 they won't answer when you call they put you on a music hold and I just quit waiting just now it was 1 hour and 10 mins.  I have wasted 2 1/2 hours of my cell minutes trying to call these people, they won't anwser emails either.  I know they are changing web page but 7 weeks?  they quickly took it out of my account and I sent movie back the same day I got it; July 6th I'm very, very pissed and when they start taking my money I get more pissed don't know what else to do sorry to bother you but a friend told me about you all can you help me? it's only 25.94 but its a lot me to just give up.  thank you!!!
