I first signed up for Comcast HSI in May of 2005. Everything has been great, except I never received the promo item, a Phillips Funcam camera. I called Comcast numerous times, and was referred each time to "RebateHQ.com" @ 888-784-4561. I have called them every 2 weeks simce July of 2005 and am told the same thing every time: "Your rebate is valid, and you should receive you camera in 14 days". I called today and was told that I should see the camera in 30 days. I have complained to Comcasr to no avail. BEWARE of any rebates from Comcast.

Comcast refused to go good for the FunCam. But then they asked me how much the camera was worth, and I was honest and told them $25.00, so they gave me a $25 credit, and now all is well.

I was wondering why Comcast had sent me a funcam since I subscribe to Verizon. Seems I've got your funcam Hoffman, I never bothered to send it back. I'd be ever so happy to send you your funcam.
