Comcast High Speed Internet false promises Rip-off Fort Myers Florida

Upon first contacting this company I was told I could get service hooked up to my home and was given reasonable charge amounts for doing so.

The tech. arrives and he said that the cable was not ran far enough for service to be hooked up so it had to go back to planning. I never recieved a call back about service so I had to call them.

They wanted to charge me 5000.00 to run cable service to my home when the cable stops at the pole that is on across the road from my property line. After several calls and finally getting in touch with a supervisor and thinking that I might get things resolved I was once again playing the waiting game.

Finally get an answer on service today and it is now only going to cost me 2500.00 to get service all from the cable that is just across the street. Consumers be ware of this company it seems that the merger with AT&T Broadband has made it's show and now told it's tale. They are verry timely also as it has only taken 2 1/2 month to go through all of this.
