Comerco Services Extended Warranty Company Laval Quebec

 I bought a brand new washer and dryer from Home Depot and decided to pay the extra to get Extended warranty. Paid top dollar to have the 5 year plan

The first year all was good with no problem, then my washer stopped draining. So I had to go through 3 people to get a service man to come out. 2 days later a old man showed up driving a beat up truck. He was the rudest man I have ever encountered, I have dogs so I assumed his mood was because he didnt like dogs. Once inside he took a look around and said the warranty was void and left. I tried calling him several times on his phone and he kept hanging up on me. I was just shocked and had no idea what was going on. I called Comerco and they said because I had DOGS my warranty was void, I was like What. Argued with this woman for half an hour it says no where on my extended contract that you cannot have a dog or your warranty is Void. finally I said I want my money back I paid for the warranty and I will call a real business to come out and fix my washer. Well I guess they dont refund either.

So no warranty, No refund all because I have dogs. Its not like I wash my dogs in the washer or even have the dogs do laundry, never heard of such nonsense in my life a pathetic excuse not to fix my machine. This company is a SCAM do not buy extended warranty for they dont follow through

I am not going to just go away, this is a scam and people need to be aware of this so it doesnt happen to them.
