Comm South & customer rep glenn valencia are ripoffs, & liars. Dallas, Texas

To whom it may concern,
I called at the beginning of the month june to make a phone extension through automated service they gave me until the june 10th to make my payment i made my payment at 9.30 am of june 10th used my phone throughout the day went to use later that evening and it was turned off..

I called and spoke to a rude rep named glenn valencia who asked if i wanted my service restored i gave him my reciept info and then he told me he was sorry he could not help and i needed to come up with another 20.00 dollars for reconnection fee which i said forget it , it was thier error for the disconnection. he also said that it would take 3 or more days for my service to be turned back on, all on their error..

I have always payed my payments on the 10th and had no problems until now i cant understand why they decided today to shut my service off but i am not pleased with this company and am searching for a new one . they should have customer service reps that can help not a bunch of robots that say your name 50 times in one sentence..

I am very very pissed off they do not want to contact me... choose a different company not them... or be prepared to pay alot of money for service that gets shut off for no reason... they need to check the automated service and the robots that are suppose to be customer service reps, i work for customers and i would not treat them the way they treat me... i believe that if this company does not improve i dont see how they will last much longer ...
