Comm South Companies Ripoff, delay and rude representatives. ripped off and scammed slow prossessing mistreated and ripped off Dallas Texas

We paid a fee of $39 to have our phone turned on. We had to call them for a full 2 months from March - April 2001 trying to fund out why our phone was not own.

They gave us the run aroind and would transfer me to to several people. Finally at the end of April we cancelled the service because they never got the phone on.

Well they told us it would be 14 days and we would receive our refund. Well we called all through May and then in June. The last response was we would have our refund no later than June 14, 2001.

Everytime we called we have rude representatives that sent me on a transfer run to many people and all we ever got was . It will be 8-10 days before we will know anything.

Well here it is April 8,2002 and we still haven't seen our $39.00. What a scam to get money from people. It's a ripoff.
