I was driving when i was hit by revoked licensed driver

as a result i was removed from my car 25 min later ithe  spent 24 hours in er

police report hiden i was not at fault other person found 100% at fault.

Now my car gets stolen form auto body lot remains missing for over 100 days

i get text from unlisted phone # saying the car will be returned . I never was given a detailed damage 

report as of this date a 100 plus days. I called the company that did the damage report

they said they did not have to because of total loss ( by law they have 5 days) . However it was a well known fact cars

marked a total loss are bought under the table by the company that does the damage reports.

Also the towing company, body shops ect the titles are washed of the accident and resold for a

huge profit. To surport this my insurance agent had no record of cars location for over 100 days

i signed no paper work and have the title in hand. When i questioned my agent they said i had a payment due the next day.

And the accident was my fault. (this agrent has the persons insurance that hit me but with a high risk insurance company)

So this a open playing field for stealing of your car. The salvage company slapped me with i removed the tires and my number plates. I paided and owned both items so i am the bad one. Now i am permitly disabled commerce insurance wants to pay 

me 60 % to settle because my $ 20,000 in medical bills is high enough however do the math after i pay my lawyer, meical bills, lawyers expenses, i will get $ 0

plus i paid to over $ 2,500 from my loss settlement for my car to be returned when i owned it free and clear
