We appreciate the support we have recently received from our loyal clients since these 2 individuals have recently attempted their smear campaign.

CLC has recently done a significant amount of research and is making every effort to 'sooth' the concerns of any potential clients who may run across these postings. We ask that you educate yourselves. Please visit the following website, as in 6 years CLC has NEVER had a lawsuit filed against them. NEVER!

In the off chance Ripoff Report deletes the link to the website, the site domain is Justia. (Figure out the dot com part.) Go there and type in the name of ANY company, dating back to 2004, and it will advise you of any filed lawsuits against them nationwide.

We also ask that you randomly type in names of other commercial lender names that you are familiar with, as you will likely be surprised with the results;

1. Kennedy Funding = 38 lawsuits
2. Bayview Financial = 105 lawsuits
3. Greenpoint Financial = 89 lawsuits
4. M&T Bank = 156 lawsuits
5. Commercial Lending Capital = 0 (Zip. Zero. Zilch. Nada!)

Granted, we are big fans of some of the aforementioned companies, and even consider ourselves 'friends', but the point is that in 6 years we have a clean record. That in itself speaks volumes!

Our company was recently sent info from CLC advising that there was a recent smear campaign, apologizing if it may effect our decision to do future business with them. I didnt believe it, so had to check itout for myself. Lo and behold, I find these postings about this great company.

Wow is all I have to say. Ive dealt with these guys for 2 years now. Love my rep, Leanne. (Dont want to say her last name, but shes out of the Riverside office.) We're not a big time commercial company, but we've done at least 4 deals with these people. All but one worked out, and the forth wasnt their fault. Borrower went MIA when the wife filed for divorce. Of course that guy claimed it was their fault too, but this seems to be the norm these days. Everything is always someone elses fault. We always get a quick response, fair answers, and were treated right. It takes a while to get the loans done, but lets face it, if i thought commercial loans were still closing in 30 days I'd have left the business by now.

I also know these guys are great charity advocates. Im a former Marine, and one of their guys over there, also a Marine, told me they donated over 500 gifts to Toys for Tots this year and housed a homeless family. Doesnt sound like terrible people if you ask me.

A real shame that these one or two guys are using this site to smear people. some of the stuff on here is real garbage. Just wanted to put in my two cents.

CLC claims that they employs 100 employees to ...sc...m peple and if their income is 2.4 million means nothing then they might make millions more than that, from a broker to a lender is in no-time, smart....very smart Philosophy to make money in a short term.
