It was in November 2012 when I was first called almost a year ago and was told that my interest rates would go down on my first statement or my monies would be reimbursed. The rates are still the same.

I finally spoke to a Crystal on today, October 2, 2013 and was told that they call me at work and left messages which I did not received, It is my direct line.

I told her that I sent the package back certified and wanted my monies returned. She said there will be no monies returned because they did some work and did I want to scheduled an appointment for services.

I said no, I just wanted my monies returned as promise. It seems that I spent over $1300 dollars for phone calls that I did not received??
