I mailed in a check for $23.90 for "America's secret cash giveaways" It said I am protected by their 100% guarantee for a full & prompt refund if I didn't recieve $10,000-$100,000 in 12 months. The book was about nothing other than loopholes for the old, and/or poor.
I returned the book & requested instead of a refund, an equal exchange for the advertised book "Superwealth Book of Business, Plans & Knowhow", which they convieniently enclosed an order form for, and at the SAME price!
Not only did I NOT recieve a GUARANTEED refund, but they're so cheap that they didn't even send me the book for an exchange!

In the flyer, Stephen Young calls it his "IRONCLAD GUARANTEE" more like IRONCLAD RIPOFF!
They didn't even leave me a phone #

Communications Publishing ,Stephen Young On Nov. 5th 2013 I receive in mail a promotion pamphlet for ordering a book called ; $ Billion Sources Want to Send You Free Cash, total payment of $29.95, which I sent in a check form. It was cashed on Nov.20th 2013. Is more then a month since then and nothing was delivered as expected.The whole thing was bogus and I have been taken for a ride. If this is the case , by using the USPO as a base for this ripoff operation, it should be investigated at the federal level and made a class action case. Please help!
