Do Not buy from them.  They are liars and swindlers.  They use deceiving practices and they change their story every time they call.

In the beginning I agreed to ONE toner.  The next time they called they said that the agreement was actually for 4 toners and that is why I was getting a discount.  I was upset, but I said fine and I got the toners that I needed.  I confirmed over and over with a Stanley that this was the completion of any agreement - that I was done being invoiced and I wasn't locked into buying any more toner.  He confirmed and confirmed with me.

I just received a phone call from Jordan Webb.  He was calling to let me know that they were sending me a DVD player as a thank you.  I said "I don't understand why you would be sending me a DVD player".  And he mentioned it was just to say thank-you and I should be expecting my other toners soon.  I said "wait a minute - I received all my toners and finished paying any open invoices."  Well, he said that agreement was actually for 12 toners and that 8 more were on their way!  I was livid!  I wanted to speak to a manager and he said the he was the manager and that there wasn't anyone else higher that I could speak to.  He said that I was being disrespectful and that there was no reason for me to get upset over such a little matter.  I got him to agree to Not send me any gifts and to Not send me any more toner.  As he was letting me go he said he was sending out a catalog.

Do Not - I repeat - Do Not buy from them.  They are like cockroaches and will never go away.
