Comp Tech Systems located in Van Nuys CA at both 5917 Kester Avenue Ste. 1200, 91411 and 6311 Van Nuys Blvd. is the most disreputable seller of replacement toners in this country. They have gone from one complaint on Yelp dated February 2008 to 5 mostly dated in December of 2008.

From the receptionist to Jessie the "customer service" agent, you will find that these employees are corrupt in thier business practices. The receptionist will never transfer you to a working extention, nor identify a supervisor, nor accounting contact.

But Jessie is worse.

I was told to try for free, a toner, and if I wasn't satisfied I could return it. So I did. However, they refused to issue a call Now I have been threatened, hung up and lied to by Jessie, lied to by reception when trying to speak to supervisor somebody named Bill Keenan who is Never there, and who doesn't return phone calls. This is the worst treatment anyone/anywhere could receive.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
