Completely Floored, LLC Repair necessary on shower installation. I've tried for six months to rectify. Jacksonville FL

We hired Completely Floored to redo our master bathroom shower and flooring. Product looked really good installed for three weeks, then the grout started to stain. First Completely Floored referred me to the Mapei Grout company. Their rep came out and said it was a grout issue, but that there were Installation Errors that made the staining worse. They gave Completely Floored the product to remove the grout and gave us a sealer (shower was never originally sealed). I have been calling and texting these people since January trying to get the grout fixed. I've gotten a ton of excuses and that's it. This company comes across as honest, but don't let them fool you. Angie's List says they are out of business. They're not. Facebook wont let reviews be posted, so it looks like they've got great reviews. Dont trust any of that.
