Composite Engineering/ Kratos Defense CEI Is a Corrupt Company, full of Harrrassment, Discrimination, Mistreatment, Unsavory Gov't Contracting Tactics Sacramento California

Composite Engineering in Sacramento, now owned by Kratos Defense of San Diego, CA, is the most corrupt Government Contractor I have ever worked for.  They hired me to do a job so they would be compliant with the Federal Aquisition Regulation which is the Federal Laws for companies who do business with the U.S. Government.  However, they had no intention of being compliant.  There were flagrant examples of non-compliance in numerous ways.  The managerial and supervisors were incompentent, untrained, and thought nothing of allowing mistreatment, harrassment, firing on trumped-up charges.  Managers allowed their supervisors to treat employees like dirt.  It was a dirty factory, rodents were allowed to infest the buiildings and nothing was done per OSHA rules.

The first report written in 2007 could have been written when I left the company in 2012.  Kratos either purchased or merged with CEI in 2011.  I never saw any change in the corruption while I was working there. 

Prospective employees of CEI/Kratos in Sacramento and even at their "nice" offices in Roseville, do NOT work for this company because you will soon live to regret it!   It is NOT the place to try to have a rightful job, be treated fairly, nor is it safe. The Department of Defense should do a complete and thorough audit of CEI and allow employees a confidential way to speak to the investigators in total privacy.  Without assurance of secure privacy no one will speak out for fear of being fired.
