OK, it has been enough time for all the wounds to heal, and the total truth to be told. I was there, I have the facts. You don't.

First of all Ron Cozean was not that bad of a guy. He had no experience in the pultrusion field, but he did make an effort to learn the business. Did he make mistakes? Sure, but all of us do. You all have no idea the restraints that were put on him by Resilience Capital Partners.

Dan Mormille played both sides of the fence. He would smile at you while stabbing you in the back at the same time. Dan is a typical accountant, all they care about is the bottom line. He could care less about the average employee.

Espy Hedge is a true gentlemen and tried the very best he could every day to make things better. Did they all work? No. Did he make mistakes? Sure, but again we all do.

Jack Cottrell. We all knew that Jack ruled with an iron fist, but in most cases, it was the only way to get things done. So many of our employees were either lazy, supposedly sick and every other excuse in the book, it was the only way to get the employees to do anything.

Craig Seymour. Craig is a nice guy and will try and help whenever he can. Does he know as much as Jack, or Espy? No. Is he a hard worker, yes!

Jake. I have heard a lot of things but never witnessed them.

Jerry Crawford. Tried his best, tried to be fair, was not a bad guy. His bark was way worse than his bite.

Andrea Crawford. I can't say that I have ever met a person that would stoop to any level to make someone look bad, take credit for other people's work when it was good, and bash people when it was bad. Do you all remember when Rocky was let go? Everyone thought it was Bob. Nope. Andrea was given the choice to let either Alex or Rocky go. We all now know who she picked. Did you all know that Bob gave Andrea his credit card in order for Andrea to take QC courses?

While I believe many of you know that, what you don't know is that she didn't complete all of them, as she has said that she has done so. Did you all know that John Crawford signed a letter of resignation? Andrea then made such an issue of it to Ron thta he re- hired John, and quit just a few days later. Do you all know that Andrea was caught going through personnel files? Those were your private files people! John and Andrea, we all knew that it was you that called the State on the smoking issues.

Elizabeth Huntington. I told you and you refused to listen.
Liz, I read a lot of things about you and hope they were not true. If you didn't do anything wrong, Thank you. If you did, I am very disappointed.

By now, you can guess who this is. I am not going to sit here and say that didn't make mistakes. I sure made my share. Some thaings I was told to do and some things I did on my own. I did what I thought was best for the company and for the employees.

So while a lot of you were upset at me, there were a lot of things going on in the background that I couldn't tell you. For all of you that worked hard, Thank you! For those of you that didn't and brought shame to our company, me, and ultimatly yourselves, I feel sorry for you that your life is that miserable.
