I Purchased a pair of compression socks but when they arrived I saw that they wouldn't fit. So I asked to return them. Wanted an RMA. Emails, allegedly from a Melissa Bright, would reply in about three days. The replies were confusing, had nothing to do with my requests. The company was avoiding my queries and legitimate requests for an exchange. They got my money, but refuse to work with a return. I intend to report them to VISA and to their bank.
