i placed an order on December 30th for 2-day shipping. an additional  charge for expedited shipping was incurred for $19.95. i should have known when ordering that the individual helping was very disinterested and curt whiel trying to place an order. the return process is very deceiving.  there are no supervisors that you are able to speak with when problems arise. the woman on the phone was very dismissive, put me on hold several times while trying to state my case to take other calls.  there are so many negative reports about this company that the BBB should be involved.  sound like this team of scammers need to be investigated. my order did not arrive in 2 days.  also, i have a rare skin condition and this material to too rough for me to even consider wearing.
