ordered compression hose from compressionsale.com. paid extra for expedited shipping. wrong items received, hose were wrong compression i cannot wear them. contacted company explained situation and asked for credit to my credit card and a refund of expedited shipping cost and a prepaid return shipping lable for wrong items.
two and a half weeks later, no response from company, contacted company by email and phone. was told i could wear the hose or throw them away but i was not going to get a refund. WOW!
the customer service manager was one of the rudest people i have spoken with in a long time. worse customer service ever!!! beware if you order from this company.
i am going to contest the charge with my credit card company.
