I purchased a 16 mb flash card in Feb.with the understanding I would receive a rebate.

A while later I received notice I was required to send in more information and although I sent in what was required the first time, I complied.

I checked their web site for rebates status and my rebate (# 5373652) is listed as "denied".

It appears as though they search for excusses not to honor their rebates and when all else fails they simply deny the claim.

After contacting the compay several times complaining about the rebate, the company has promised to make good on the rebate.
