Fraudulent billing went on for years once a year to my credit card, By this company COnnections 123 I have never received any services from them but got a letter July 2014 advising I needed to contact them about renewal of my membership or they would automatically renew it in one month and bill my credit card.

 i was shocked to Realize that they had been literally billing my credit card once a year for over 10 years for no services . I am embarrassed to admit I was not closely reviewing my credit card bills. I went on line and saw how others were ripped off by this company and called connections.

They tried to pretend I had approved this but on my insistence they gave the address for their law department, obviously they would need a big law department with their practices. I demanded all of the money back and within a weeks time they complied by crediting all of the money back to my credit card. Then I got on line and made an immediate report to the inspector general of Nebraska. The attorney generals office was very responsive pursuing this company.

I hopes this is helpful to other consumers. Plecall notify the inspector general if this happened to you, we have to get this scam centered company stopped from fraudulent credit card billing. They will try to pretend they have talked to you and you approved the charges. Move back a number of years on your credit cars and search for charges. Good luck
