We were given the same run around when purchasing our products as the other consumers, so I will not waste your time. Needless to say when we reached the end of a LONG credit process all of the incentives that they had named had been changed or were not available with our products. We purchased a T.V. and a refrigerator for our parents, and what a nightmare. The refrigerator shot ice all over the floor and the t.v., once not hooked up to the blue ray as in the store, was a horrible picture.

We called immediately and wanted to return. They gave us the run around for over 30 phone calls. We were supposed to receive a free blue ray player and upon delivery were told that it was out of stock. They never could give us a date when it would arrive, and a month later told us that we had picked it up. We asked them for a signed document or review of their security tapes showing us doing so. Unfortunately they could not produce either, as we of course never picked it up.

We ended up paying a restocking fee($150) on the refrigerator and they refused to take the television back as we had passed a 10 day limit that we were NEVER told about until 20 days later. They are sneaky and their customer service is HORRIBLE. We asked to speak to a district manager and were told that we could not speak to anyone above the store manager. Going through another location we were able to finally reach him, after a month, and were told we were "out of luck".

We still had no blue ray and were stuck with a poor product. We called immediately after delivery and were pushed off until well after the 24 hour return policy. We were very persistent and FINALLY got a blue ray. It was a stressful and difficult process for everyone involved. Steer clear of Conns-I can't believe that someone does not shut them down with such poor business practices!!
