Conn's Financed furniture 2-14-14, NEVER RECEIVED IT Round Rock Texas

We financed a sofa at Conn's on February 14th, 2014. Saturday,  February 15th delivery truck artives, gets our sofa half way into our front door, noticed it was scratched and said they could not leave the sofa. 

I went into the store on Monday, February 17th, to select a different sofa, and added an air conditioner to our purchase. Delivery was scheduled for following Saturday.  At 9:00 am on Saturday we are told our chaise lounge was damaged during shipping.  

Scheduled delivery for following Saturday. No one ever showed up, I called the store and was told they tried to call the day before (Friday) to schedule delivery. No one called, delivery was already scheduled. They were to call Saturday, day of delivery, to let us know what time to expect them. 

We never received our furniture, and still do not have it. Conns will not return calls, when I did speak to them all they said is, "Sorry you're not 100% satisfied." 

 We NEVER received our furniture, of course we're not satisfied. 

Conns has not tried to fix this. All we wanted was a new sofa and A/C. This has turned into a night mare, they have actually blocked me from posting comments on their FB page.

This is a terrible company to do business with.
