Conscallhome.com Millicorp Worst, most unprofessional customer service ever Fort Myers Florida

 This company is a scam. They want you to pay for a service so an inmate can call you. What they dont tell you is that after you pay for their service and contact the jail, the jail wants you to pay for telephone service with them too. This is not explained up front. So I called the next day and told them I wanted my money back right away. The customer service rep, Antonio, told me "That aint going to happen" after a long period of rude, unprofessional behavior he said he would process the refund.

I asked to speak with his supervisor and was told he wouldn't do that. I asked for the corporate number and was told the number I called was the only one. I sent a string of e-mails documenting his behavior and demanding my money back. I recieved a phone call back from Millicorp and told this person What Antonio did and said and was told I would recieve a refund in 5 to 7 weeks. The transaction was less than 24 hours old.

I told them that that was unacceptable and he said that was company policy. I told him that if they were going to hold my money fot that long that I expected intrest on my money. That is when the condocending worm told me that he would figure out what one half percent would be for the $22. I told him I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. And he said "really, for $22"

Whoever reads this, do not ever use this service and tell everyone you know that this is a scam and has the most unprofessional customer service you could ever encounter. They do not deserve a dime from anyone, ever.
