Conseco Finance ripoff business from hell St.Paul Minnesota

I refinaced a mobile home loan with them in 2001, because they said they could get me a low interest rate. "(Not, it's 14.5%)" That isn't very low if you ask me. I'm trying to sell the place but my pay-off is more than the house is worth. Because Conseco is tacking on all kinds of extra charges onto the note.

These charges aren't even on my contract. I've been paying on my loan ror 2 yrs. now, late once, on I owe more on the loan than I did when I refinanced it. They won't talk to me let alone negotiate with me. It takes months to get a pay-off amount from them, also they are always putting insurance on my house when I already have it, which jacks the price up. They just piss me off. I'm tempted just to let them take the d**n house so I can get out of it.

This company is just a big scam. I'm glad they went Bankrupt, but I don't know who is taking over for them. They will not tell me anything.
