Here's a short Bibliography of How a Conseco Mortgage company took advantage of me ?

I had an Injury which incapacitated me drastically from being able to do physical work any,longer,labeled as a permanent Injury. I had a broken Back, and Head trauma Injury in late 1979 & early 1980 ..I have had very slow recovery, and One of the major problems it, causes is the facts its actions are similar, to having Alzheimer's Disease that causes Memory Losses, only they are temporary memory lapses

I was involved with a Devastational Flood , Presidentially declared, late in 1996 and had to go from a full paid for house and all debt FREE, into a debt with Loans and as facts a Mortgage made early in 1997,which was first a Balloon type offered By Centex Mortgage Finance of Dallas Texas and as Problems continued with Threats of Foreclosure and Not recording Payments made at all, from them ??? """" SO """" By January 2000 Conseco Finance Paid CENTEX off and there fore presented me with one of those high payment ,high interest, flipped Mortgages and illegal Mortgages of Predator sub prime types at 125% LTV ...

Here's what Happened I was notified to appear at an Attorney's Real Estate LAW office to sign papers, or a 45 Page Mortgage DOCUMENT IN LESS THAN 30MINUTES TIME. Its facts are The time schedule was deliberately set at 4:30 P.M. in the afternoon of a late March day say the 20th of 2000, after every legal person had gone home, to have read or gone over it with us at all legally ?

Only Person there was a Paralegal having no legal right to go over the Mortgage with Me, or us, for any legal reason what so ever and made that fact very clear to me She could not or was not Legally able at all to do so ? .

The confusion and memory re-actions were high at that time and I was hardly able, to climb up the steps, into the Office rooms to attempt to sign or at least expect to have been,atleast shown somewhat,the terms, of it, which were assumed to have been legally, about ?

It turned out there was no investigation of my or our credit at all, or nor, the facts regarding, reasons if, If I was at all able physically to work ,pay for, finance or at best qualify, to work or pay it or not? Nothing , Not even as much as Physical condition of health concerned at all ??

I was ultimately barley able to work at all, at that time or since and was on the verge of having to give up, what as work, or a Job, if you can call it, as such a Job, where as its so bad it Loses money, as being a sort of No good Daily Job ,short of, being a waste of way to spend time? Only !
Now since then, and Two attempts to Foreclose , They have me sued after the fact the Mortgage , got stopped and The Judge overthrew the Predatory Lending issue on the grounds that the Mortgage was made 1/1/2 year before that Law of Predatory Lending took place ..... But the Loan is still one as a PREDATORY LENDING LAW VIOLATION anyway ?

It places them in a position to now formulate a finance ,of some kind once again ? or and if its not paid go into Foreclosure once again( At this time trying to figure out what they intend to do?

After all the lies, and Crooked ways, they have done As ran up at least a $4,000.00 Attorney's bill or debt and cost

I am sick and tired , of the Harassed threats one person called me , related her name as a Miss Thomas , of Customer service collection effort, done at a very illegal time several as Customer Service reps called as Unknown others threatened to have me thrown out of my Home, to pack up and /or move Until took The phone out entirely!

I want to sue them But I feel right now my Attorney let me down and /or says he can not sue, them Because of his licensed in capabilities and will not do it, now anyway because I owe him $4,000.00 for a considered to be a flop deal

I don't regard this company ,or nor its policies, at all as being any more than Criminal ? Can any one else , Join me, and or can we get a Class action Law suit started against them? YES, I under stand, they have ripped others off the same way and now Hold or trying to hold or at least preserve holding Billions of dollars Of Homes taken this way from others ... BY BANKRUPTING ????? ITS a fact it may look as If I might just be one more of many other Victim of their Fraud ways also ?
