We went to a timeshare presentation.we weren't really interested in a timeshare because we already owned on.We mentioned we like to cruise as well ,at this point the agent informed us that the timeshare had a straight across exchange program with some cruise lines, seeing how our unit could sleep 4 people we could get a cabin that sleep four. However upon receiving our timeshare package and decided to book a cruise we discovered that her information was totally incorrect. We contacted the legal department but They informed us they wouldn't refund our money. I feel her presentation was misrepresenting can anyone help thank you
