 We had been in this house for 23 years. Never had missed any payments. Wanted to lower Our monthly Mortgage rate, because of the rising costs of everything else in this country.

 We paided them $3.800, to get the modifacation, they assured Us they would keep Us well informed and would leave no stone unturned.  We waited and waited,  7 months without making a House payment, because they said don't worry about it. they will file the paper work at the last second. And the new loan would fold in the missed payments.

 They let the house get sold back to Freddy Mac, without even telling Us it was going Bad. At anytime we could have been told it didn't go threw , the loan and we could have easly have stop the power of sale. And kept Our Home.

 We in 23 years paid Over $225.000 on this House that was only worth $135.000.   So in the blink of an eye, lost all that money, and have no way of doing anything about it. We have 30 days to Move out.

 In short they did nothing but keep what was happening to themselves, and let our house get sold without even telling Us.
