Consumer Capital Servies contacted me to offer 2 credit cards for a one time fee of $279.00. I received a product book and not 2 credit cards, so I returned the product book and requested a refund. I have been trying since July, 27, 2004 and keep getting told my money is being sent back to me. As of this date nothing has been received and now they won't even answer their telephone.
