Consumer Capital Service Credit Card offer RIPOFF!!! Princeton New Jersey

I am in the processing of rebuilding my credit. In July, I got this call from Consumer Capital Services offering me 2 UNSECURED credit card with a one time processing fee of $279. At first, I declined, but they were very persistant. I thought it was a great oppertunity, so I gave it a shot.

The funds were deducted in a flash of time and the wait started. A couple of weeks later, I had not received anything so I tried to call them. The number they give is totally bogus and you have a better chance of calling the Vatican and speaking to the Pope himself. No One ever answers. I waited some more...2 months..NOTHING. I tried contacting my bank, with no success.

It's been almost 3 months and I still can't get in contact with those thieves and no help from my bank. Anyone who has been successful in getting a refund or has some advice, PLEASE ADVISE!
