I contacted this company to help with filing a bankruptcy. They were prompt to return calls once an online questionnaire was filled out.

A check draft was taken for $195.00. Since then the only communication I've received is one email stating they were sorry for the delay and would send my info immediately.Have not heard from them since. Will not return emails or phone calls.

I've requested a refund but still no response.

6 Years Mr. Greg Bohl STILL in hiding and ripping people off

Mr. Bohl,  I took another avenue and myself and several federal agencies have been dogging your every move. You respond only online where you feel you can't be tracked. Yes, we even checked out your so called "physical" address in Jacksonville. I doubt you are located at an intersection with nothing but a bldg under construction. If you were true and honest and seeking to resolve my issue you would have responded to the many court notices. Oh, I forgot there is NO such address. But keep being the scam artist you are because you leave a very prevalent trail. I have spent far more than the $195 you initially stole from me. Plus the additional funds that the federal judge sanctioned against you. But I WILL have justice. I am in no way strange. I am determined to see that you are caught and made to pay for your crimes.

I have been trying to get a refund for over year and a half. He blamed other people at the agency for not getting my reports done. What should we do next? Lets do what we have to and not give up.

I am so angry with CCSA and have filed my report with the CM Police Dept. I want to be an active victim by fighting together so we can all see justice served on Mr.-Greg! I wish to take an active part with any other victims of Consumer Credit Services of America that are taking action. Also, is the do-it-yourself ripoff report the next best route to take to get money back? Would like feedback on that as well.

Greg Bohl is a liar

I too was a victim of this service and filed a BBB complaint, rip off report and several emails and phone calls to the company. NO response and no refund. All I wanted was my money back, since I was already in foreclosure and he didn't help. Now I want to see him prosecuted!

I don't know who "Kelly" from "Wallis, Texas" is, so it's very difficult to respond to her complaint. But I can say this:

Consumer Credit Services of America has been in business for almost 4 years. We have prepared thousands of chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcies in virtually every state and bankruptcy court district in the U.S.

Most bankruptcies go pretty smoothly, except for when clients completely fail to read or comprehend simple, common-sense instructions -- like filling out their Bankruptcy Questionnaire completely, submitting copies of their paystubs to their assigned bankruptcy trustee, etc.

We put important things in LARGE BOLD letters to make sure the instructions are followed by the client, but problems still arise. Some clients sign up for our service with one e-mail address and then change their e-mail address without notifying us. I can't tell you how many people call us everyday and ask us to call them back without leaving their name, area code or even a phone number. We're not perfect and I'm not trying to blame the client for everything, but when a problem arises it's not always our fault, and it doesn't make it "FRAUD".

I see that a lady named Dwarrenee has posted a response about her alleged bad experience with Consumer Credit Services of America and my alleged "SCAM". She claims in her own online complaint that I have filed personal bankruptcy myself. That's completely false --I've never filed bankruptcy in my life. I'm not aware of any "court judgments" against me, either. Non-attorney bankruptcy preparers, like attorneys, are sometimes the subject of court orders related to a debtor's bankruptcy case. These related orders are not "judgments" and do not make me a debtor in someone else's bankruptcy.

We prepared an "emergency" bankruptcy for Dwarrenee, which was filed in the bankruptcy court. Her case was not dismissed due to anything we did or failed to do - although she doesn't see it that way. But there does come a point that we do eventually stop returning phone calls to certain clients that are, let's just say, strange.

If you send us your full name and e-mail address so I can look up your file, I'll see exactly what the problem is with your case. If you deserve a refund, I'll make sure you receive it.

Kelly,
I was also a victim and have posted my own report on this very website and am still battling to stop Mr.Greg Bohl and his scam. I am seeking to take legal action against him in the civil courts and will be successful. I am accumulating these reports and others that are on sites like this one. Mr. Bohl still runs his website at a great risk and a sure confidence that he will not be brought to justice.

I am so very sorry that you were caught in his web. I encourage you to file any and every kind of legal report to the authorities and local television stations in your city and in Jacksonville via the web. It just takes an email. Keep writing and telling your story like I have until people begin to listen.

Mr. Bohl will be brought to justice. I am very near to seeing that. I have been quite busy which explains my abscence from this website. But I have been keeping track of all of the reports. The will become evidence of his wrongdoing. So keep writing.
