Greg from Consumer Credit Services of America does not follow through. I was assured I would have my bankruptcy paperwork in 3-4 days. They do not return e-mails and I've also received the same message that this "Greg" person is out sick, as if that were any of my concern. Yet they were sure prompt in returning calls and answering my questions until they received my $195 dollars that is.

I am impressed that you had the time to write your rebuttal. Could it have anything to do with the fact that I reported you to the better business bureau and filed a complaint with the internet crime bureau.

My paperwork was filed 3 weeks ago and you claim you sent me an e-mail stating that I would receive a refund, what e-mail, you are just packed with lies. But I'm not surprised I've read numerous complaints of individuals on this very website who you've had similar experiences with you. I guess we must all be nutcases, but we weren't too nuts for you to take our money.

And as for your comments about seeking professional help, yes that sounds really professional on your part. But I guess insults are all you have to resort to in your defense.

I want to warn everyone not to trust Greg and his bogus company, he doesn't follow through, and you can be the judge of that, just read his rebuttal, does that sound very professional? But again if you read the other complaints from other people on this very website, you'll see that they have all had similar situations.

Rebuttal to Report of Salvador

AUTHOR: Greg - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 09, 2007

Salvador signed up for a bankruptcy about 7-10 days ago. He had just purchased a new vehicle and then immediately decided that he could not afford it. He said he wanted to surrender the vehicle and file bankruptcy. There was no emergency. I told Salvador that his bankruptcy forms (approximately 46 pages) would be ready in about 3-4 business days.

The very next morning, I received 8-10 phone calls from Salvador wanting to know the status of his bankruptcy. Then I started receiving e-mails and phone calls from his sister. I called Salvador back the same day and explained that it had been less than 24 hours. This took about half an hour because Salvador kept asking the same questions over and over again. Before I got off the phone I had a splitting headache. It was evident that Salvador had some mental health issues and I immediately knew we would have problems. I then called Salvador's sister and explained to her that I had told Salvador 3-4 business days. She was apparently under the impression that all of Salvador's bankruptcy forms would be ready the same day he signed up.

Again, the very next morning and every single day thereafter I was flooded with phone calls from Salvador wanting to know when he would receive his bankruptcy forms. I did not call him back because I simply do not have the time to call people back over and over again, day after day--especially when they keep me on the phone endlessly asking the same questions over and over again. I didn't have enough Tylenol to talk to Salvador again. I don't mean to sound rude, but I'm very busy and can't personally chit chat for half an hour on a daily basis with all of our customers and their siblings. I realize that people sometimes have disabilities and difficulties understanding and I try to accomodate them, but I simply cannot call customers back every single day.

I decided that Salvador would have to find someone else to prepare his bankruptcy forms and we sent him an e-mail stating that we were refunding his $195 fee and would not be preparing his bankruptcy forms. I know from past experience that it is better not to continue with a customer that has a severe mental problem or personality disorder. In addition to filing bankruptcy, Salvador may also want to consider mental health counseling or brain surgery. Again, I don't mean to sound rude, but if Salvador is going to post a complaint on the Internet that I am "deceptive" and that I do not "follow through" I believe I have the right to say that Salvador is a nut case.

I encourage anyone who has been scammed from this company to file a complaint with the better business bureau and the internet complaint center (works with the FBI).

At: jacksonville.bbb.com and ic3.gov

We need to stop Mr. Bohl from taking advantage of people in need, there is no justifying his actions of take your money and hide. What infuriates me the most is that he was very prompt in returning the calls and e-mails at the beginning and as soon as the $195 was paid it was a complete brush off.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

try to get your money back and go to a different company

I am so sorry for your loss. I hate companies like this with a passion. I work for a credit repair company but we in no way run like that. Counseling and consolidation you really have to look our for. Next time you speak with them ask them their terms and conditions. Also, did you sign any kind of contact with them? If so, read it over carefully. If you cant afford a lawyer the city can try to get you one at a very low price. Just call the courthouse and they will be very helpful.

We have four people on staff. I answer the phones and all the questions. I have also have 3 years of legal background from the courthouse. One of the dispute ladies is also a mortgage broker, and we also have two other people handling disputes as well. Josh, our boss is almost always in the office, so if you EVER have a problem with us (although I highly doubt you will) you can always talk to him personally.

I am not trying to sell you on our company. I am just trying to let you know that there are good people out there. I hope that in the future that everything will be resolved for you. Good luck.
