Consumer Loan Servicing Center- CLSC STOLE MY $1800 and will NOT Refund! Ripoff IRVINE California

On 02/04/07 I sent a Moneygram to CLSC for the amount of $1800.00 as a security deposit for a $10,000 loan. For security purposes they ask me to send it to Connie Bless in Bowmanville, Ontario.

As per Rosa Rodriguez-CLSC employee (1-888-673-4158 ext 997) I was approved for a $10,000 loan and after signing a contract and sending the security deposit I would get the money wired to my personal bank account from 1 to 3 working days, it never happened.

Two (2) days later she said that the lender wanted an additional security deposit for $1200. I said it was not possible for me to send more money and that I wanted my $1800.00 back.

She said it was ok. So she said they would wire a refund of $1800.00 plus the $36.00 I paid for the money gram in no more than 1 working day plus she gave me a WT tracking number, it never happened.

It is now 7 April 2007. They will no longer answer phone calls. I researched the company further on BBB and ripoffreport.com. The have a rating of F on BBB and there are complaints for the same exact situation on ripoffreport. They do this to everyone, and stall and never give a loan or the security deposit back.
I have reported them to the FBI, BBB, ripoffreport.com, my bank(to hopefully get a reverse charge), and my insurance company(for monetary theft)
PLEASE RESPOND with helpful tactics on how to CLOSE these people down and get my money back!

I see I am not the only one that this has happened to from the reports on BBB and ripoffreport alone.
