Consumer Loan Servicing Center COMPLETELY STOLE $1800 FROM ME sent a Moneygram to CLSC IRVINE California

On 04/02/07 I sent a Moneygram to CLSC for the amount of $1800.00 as a security deposit for a $10,000 loan. For security purposes they ask me to send it to "Todd House" in Canada. As per Rosa Rodriguez-CLSC employee (1-888-673-4158) I was approved for a $10,000 loan and after signing a contract and sending the security deposit I would get the money wired to my personal bank account from 1 to 3 working days, it never happened.

2 days later she said that the lender wanted an additional security deposit for $1000. I said it was not possible for me to send more money and that I wanted my $1800.00 back. She said it was ok. So she said they would wire a refund of $1800.00 plus the $40.00 I paid for the money gram in no more than 3 working days plus she gave me a WT tracking number.

I have read another complaint from a Roberto on here complaining about the exact same thing.

PLEASE HELP with any suggestions on how to get my money back.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB. What else can I do??
