Consumer Recovery Associates, CRA CRA Deceptive and deceiving practices that violate the FTC rules on collections. Rude and disgusting employees Internet

This company called me in regards to anothers persons collection account. When I said this is not her number they called back two more times on different dates. 6,7,8 April 2010. When I asked the employees to identify themselves and give the company info they refused each time. One employee called me the next day when I said I was going to make a complaint and asked for her name she hung up on me. They called me the third day and I again asked for names and addresses each time I was refused the information and hung up on. When I called the company back requesting the company information they again refused and then blocked my number from calling them. They lied when they said this was the number provided to them and failed to identify themselves as required by law. I had to call from a different number to get the address from another employee who also refused to identify himself but after many question of why I needed the address he gave me one. The company calls from a number that is not published or tied to their company 843-278-0375 and the name they give is CRA which is false representation of the company because they are not the credit reporting agency and they know that is what pops up when you search for the company info when they refuse to provide valid information. They violate rules like calling third parties multiple times and refusing to identify themselves and provide misleading information once provided.
