Over and above their spamming, new messages lead one to believe this company is seeking persons to test high tech products and evaluate them. They suck you into giving up three referrals BEFORE the bait and switch program kicks in. See: http://producttestpanel.com/referfriends.php

It seems to me this company uses deceptive advertising to market their real agenda. SPAM If anyone has filed a complaint with the California Attorney General or the FTC, please contact me. If ANYONE has had a successful experience with this company I would like to know that as well. That said, I would hope other complain and file cases with their local state attorney general if they feel defrauded.

We have uploaded a photo from the SPAM Scam from this firm. They appears to have co-conpirators aka affiliates. I belong to several affilliate programs and we never spam our website visitors.
Loans USA 20331 Irvine Avenue, Suite 7 Santa Ana Heights, CA 92707 is listed as the affiliate for this and another spam ad received today.
The following notice was sent to various offenders today:

Subject: NOTICE
You are hereby placed on notice to cease and desist any attempt to process orders on my behalf, charge my credit card for ANY purpose and immediately refund the unauthorized charge you made to my Visa Card. I am sending this notice via the same account you are spamming. The account name you have enrolled me in is under webmaster@patriotwatch.com. If you or any of your authorized agents (affiliates) send unsolicited offers or communications to that business e-mail account, I will hold you jointly and severally liable for each such violation and interference with my business in the amount of $100.00 for each occurrence.
I further DEMAND that you remove the e-mail referrals that you obtained from me under false pretences. If you spam any of these account after receipt of this notice, legal action will be taken as well as complaints filed with the California State Attorney General and the U.S Federal Trade Commission.
