all this sites are one big circle of buch of thievs works together in order to get your SSN, you info and sell it to advertising company, i subscribed to credit info.com which is suppose to be for free, and i filled the info they promise you an email with details about loggin in, 3 days passed without any email from them or any thing at all, i sent 3 emails to them still nothing, then i called the customer service; she was rude and sounded like eating a cucumber on the phone, she said that they have nothing to do with me...and its consumer info.com who i should contact ,even though i subscribed to credit.com.after my phonecall i recieved 2 emails from consumer info, saying congrtulation for the smart choice, in the email there was an option to log on the web to view the creditreport, and enjoy the free trial..but to my shock it tells me..that i need an access code!!!!!.where is that ..no body know,,however it told me that is i havent received the access code within 10 days i should call the customer service, beside all that my credit card was charged $2, for no reason. please to all the peiople who think of using these website do not , do not, do not, you will get nothing, but cheap ads emails and more junk in your mail box.i am still waiting to be refunded with the $2.and i advice whever this happened to him to go after the CIC company who is in charge of the billing, and address them with the issue ,and ask them not to bill you, or renew your subscription.

CREDITREPORT.COM's bad reputation speaks for it self, so don't try convince others that you guys did not ripp off thousands and thousands of people, and you are not being sued by hundreds of people for charging their credit cards left and right, and don't come and call these charges are/were" Mistakes". There are no Mistakes when it comes to Money, it is stealing. Isn't it so weird that you guys never make a mistake in the favor of the consumers!! I don't know how can you conclude that I tried to access an account by the name of John Ashcroft!!! were you sitting next me, or your smart guys found an an attempt from the same IP address? what if he is my room mate? what If the internet service I used for my account was a public one and has one IP address for every user. Not only you proved that you are crooks but also stupid.

Credit.Com should not be associated in the complaint

The consumer who initiated the complaint "Eyad Sansoul" has been identified in the Credit.Com database as attempting to apparently access his own Experian/Consumer Info. credit report, since we carry their application. There are security questions which require that the applicant answer several personal security questions, if answered wrong, the access code is mailed, as disclosed in the terms that were obviously not read- thus his complaint. Credit.Com, Inc. cannot be held responsible for someone's personal neglect to read a binding contract then approve its process. Please note that the "$2.00 charge in question, is actually an "authorization" not a charge, it auto-removes in days. Furthermore, this same person, attempted to access someone else's credit report (Jhon Ashcroft) via our TransUnion credit report offer and came across the security question hurdle, and with very good reason, he is not Jhon Ashcroft. The credit report services are meant to provide the data to the named individual, not a 3rd party unless approved by the named individual. In closing, Credit.Com, Inc. is headed by a former Director of Consumer Affairs and we are here as advocates to consumer, we should not be blamed for a consumer's personal neglect to comprehend our affiliate partner's Terms&Conditions, not a Credit.Com, Inc. condition.
