While posing under the guise of a free credit report, their software, unassumingly added a monthly monitoring charge to my account. Shame on them. Most people hold this company in high regard because of their sacred trust of filtering personal information that is critical to the lifestyle people choose to live.

Be very careful if you use their web site and be sure to read all the options and subtle data.

This company needs to clean up their act or get out of the business!
