Consumers' Clearing House Silverman Goodwin & Associates, Houston, TX; Michael Phillips, Sales Associate Sweepstakes Fraud Houston Texas

 I was contacted to hear that I had won 2nd place in a Consumers' Clearing House Sweepstakes, that I did not remember entering.  The prize was a $500K check to be delivered within 48 hours directly to me.  The caller represented the law firm Silverman Goodwin & Associates in Houston, TX (I looked them up...no such firm).  When confirming my delivery address, I confirmed it was my work address; they asked me for my home address, instead. 

When I declined to give/confirm my work address, they disconnected the call.  A return call to the number they gave in Houston (713.357.6090) did not ring through.  This was the 2nd time in 3 days that I got similar calls from callers speaking from the very same script, to no avail....no check!!  I called my neighbors to alert them it may be a neighborhood scam, as well.
